About the Roundtable
The roundtable aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of AI safety from an Asian perspective. By exploring both existential risks and short-to-long term spectrum of risks, the discussions will focus on regional challenges, opportunities, and strategies for AI safety governance.
This roundtable is hosted by AI Safety Asia (AISA) and supported by KORIKA, AISA a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing catastrophic AI risks by enhancing AI safety and governance in Asia. AISA aims to bridge the gap between the Global North and South by fostering local talent, conducting policy research, and promoting intergenerational dialogue on AI safety.
